Moosemist-Researchers may have found King Solomon's mines

Archaeologists believe a desert site in Jordan may contain the ruins of the elusive King Solomon's mines. By use of carbon dating in South Jordan, they have found that copper production took place around the time King Solomon was said to have ruled the the Israelites

Do you think that archaelogical finds like this benefit today's society?
If so, how?

in some way it will help just by advancing our knowledge on what went on back then and how far they came with everything. i find it very interesting. there are benefits in finding out more about the past

This is awesome!
Like an Opossum.
But i think,
with such a corrallated link,
That this is not beneficial because it really doesn't provide anything except for some cool exhibits like Marisa said.

I think that it's just good to research the past. history is extremely important so that we don't repeat the mistakes of the past but this discover isn't too beneficial.

It's a pretty cool find, but I don't really see how it will benefit us now.

ok well it sounds cool but when i first read i thought it said king solomon's mind. that would of been a little freaky. i agree with marisa it would be cool to have an exhibit.
