I'm starting to believe that our school is going mad... 4 fights in three days?!

Some dumb girl in my 6th says there is an Eldo Fight Club! HA that's a bunch of BS. But she swears it is a bunch of people doing the first assignment of picking a fight and loosing

I think that its kinda funny( well not really funny) but more wierd that this is happening not even a week after the assembly about starting a chain reaction..what a great chain reaction

I am ussually not on campus at lunch but thats all i have been hearing about in my 5th period

i find a eldo fight club hard to believe.  because in order to form a club, there needs to be an advisor involved- and i don't think any teacher would support a fight club... i hope.  but i think all these people starting fights are dumb.  it would be way better if people can just learn to not retaliate when someone does something to them that they don't like.  they may be trying to defend themselves, but how are they defending themselves if they put themselves in danger by fighting? (does that make sense?) i just don't understand why some people like getting in fights.  its just sad. disbelief

I find it really amusing!
These kids think they are acting "hard" or whatever haha please we could to school in yorba linda. I would love for these kids to go down to Santa Ana or Los Angeles and go around fighting people for no apparent reason! Haha they would get their you know what handed to them in a heart beat !

If there is a Eldo Fight Club i would only join if Tyler Durden was the leader!

1st RULE: You do not talk about FIGHT CLUB. 

2nd RULE: You DO NOT talk about FIGHT CLUB.

3rd RULE: If someone says "stop" or goes limp, taps out the fight is over.

4th RULE: Only two guys to a fight.

5th RULE: One fight at a time.

6th RULE: No shirts, no shoes.

7th RULE: Fights will go on as long as they have to.

8th RULE: If this is your first night at FIGHT CLUB, you HAVE to fight.

i am tired of hearing about these fights. they are pathetic, mosty of them have just been 2 people punch eachother for couple of seconds and then its over theres no acctual winner. i mean if ur going to fight then at least go until theres a winner.

Im goin to be disspointed if another fight goes on today
People can be so immature, all of this is for attention..and a fight only last for a little while, then you go to the office and get in trouble, what is that worth???

School fights are quite pathetic if you ask me... Nonparticipants make such a big deal over it by crowding around... The school could be falling apart, but at least most of us are going to be around here anymore in the somewhat near future. :P But seriously, I'm the only senior in Japanese 1 and I have freshmen asking me do fights happen a lot at this school. As Holden from The Catcher in the Rye" would say, "That just killed me!"

oh & i heard rumors in my 5th period class that last friday 3 guys were gonna come from valencia
& shoot kids.

I'm sorry, but to say that it's the 'stoners' faults is really ignorant. You don't have to belong to a certain 'group' or 'clique' in order to get into a fight. All you have to do is have 'beef' with someone else.

YA i certainly agree with you on this subject! How many has it been so far? These kids need to grow and realized how incredibly rediculous and imature there being. Less fighting more hugging :D

You have to admit, it makes the day more interesting (like the weather changing, but not really...). I mean, that's the main reason people crowd around, because it's interesting and we are naturally attracted to conflict/drama. But of course I don't support student fights. If someone wants to settle a conflict with violence they should do it in a boxing ring or a dojo, gloves on.

I ment the girl who thought it was a fight club. I know she does drugs and is very open about it with others. As for th people in the fights they should find a new hobbie like laughing or acting like an idiot in public. I dop both of those in great success :)

I agree with Karen.
I think fighting is stupid period. I don't see where it gets you. It's really immature, and as vanessa said for girls to do it too is un lady-like. People just want attention..and the guys that do it just think they are bad asses. Honestly. If you really wanna fight someone..take it somewhere else. We don't need it here at school. People need to grow up!! And, I don't necessarilly think the school is going down hill..all highschools have fights. But 4 in one week is a little ridiculous.

i think that every person who gets in a fight at this school, should be sent to the office and immediately have to write all the positive things about being in a fight

Then they can really think about how much of an idiot they have made of themselves

For the last time I was saying the girl who brought up the fight club was a stupid stoner. no

As for the fights I don't care cause I think they are idiots and I'm gone most lunches. Plus if your going to go on a contract do it for something noone else has done..... Like shooting a fat chick in the butt with an airsoft rifle from a moving car... I wish that was just a bad joke lol

p.s. If you are a stoner then I challenge you to go all of lent without smoking pot or cigs. If you do it and prove it to me I will give you fifty bucks. I doubt anyone will do it though cause of what I learned in Econ.  biggrin

I heard that there was another fight again in front of Mr. Dupont's room before 5th period. no Well, at least most people in the class (i.e. seniors) will have to deal with the spontaneous fighting for another 3 months or so... if we want to look at it that way.
