(warning: mildly addictive and time-vacuuming :) )
How well did you do?!

That website is actually really fun. For the record, this entire class period I have played on free rice & this traveller website. Good thing I have gotten a lot done... & I haven't learned a lot of new places. It has more been remembering what I have forgotten about geography.
I've noticed that certain places have their own common news stories. I do't know how to explain it, but for example, from the middle east has a lot of bombing storries, Asia has a lot about trade and manudacturing, Papua New Gineau has many stories about witch craft and sorcery. And in the U.S we have lots of political and presidential stories and protest stories. Its interesting to see and infer what places in the world are like.
I have learned a decent amount of geography from this class. I clearly didn't know all of the countries before this class. I have learned more from the maps we did this semester. So I'm content as of now. :)
I got 35 out of 35 on the 7th grade Nixon Geography test, so this class was a very good recap of what i already know. I am still a little rusty though. I will be studying.
