Brazilian hackers confuse Nasa with NSA in revenge attack (team 'merica)

Hackers have hit back in retaliation for US cyber-spying on Brazil but reportedly mistook the US space agency Nasa for the National Security Agency (NSA). brazilian hackers protesting the spying on brazil done by the NSA accidentally hacked the NASA web page instead. do you think the US is wrong for "spying" on brazil in the first place?

it's not that we are spying on brazil it is that we keep an eye and ear to every country for the sake of our own safety.

Its wrong for spying yes, but really dumb for brazil to mix it up.

How could someone have the technological knowledge to know how to hack into such an important group, but then not have the common sense to double check their work? Note to self: we can't take brazilian hacking groups too seriously.

If they spy on their own people i guess it makes sense to spy on other countries as well, but i don't think it should have been done

Every country spies on other country so it's no surprise that a hacker group attacked a major agency but it's a good thing that Nasa's vital information was taken or released.

Obviously it is wrong to spy on Brazil but Brazil is probably spying on us too...
