He deserves his punishment, killing a child over a simple parking spot is insane. Also the fact that he fled the scene shows he has no remorse for his actions.

Or he may have fled because he couldn't get himself to look at the disgusting action he had just done, and left because he wanted to pretend he didn't do it to retain his sanity.

I agree that he should be punished but I don't support punishing killing with more killing. I think he should be held in prison for like for the crimes he commited. However, the death penalty is very harsh due to the fact that this killing was not maliciously planned but rather in a fit of anger.

There is no reason the man should be let to live, he killed a innocent child who didnt even have influence over the argument. ITs the only punishment equal to the crime he has commited.

Anyone who commits such a heinous crime over such a stupid problem has too little control over his emotions. People with no control of themselves are a plague to our society until they can learn to control it. He has had enough time to learn control, he deserves the punishment.
