How Stress Can Hurt Health

When the going gets tough, your brain fights back. And how you react to situations can many times shape what comes next. In fact, how your brain reacts to social stressors can have a lasting impact on your health, according to a slew of new research from the Neuroscience 2013 conference.

Tension with others is inevitable. But if you're not careful, it can make you feel defeated. Constant strain can lead to depression and social avoidance. The good news: It doesn't have to. Your brain is quick to respond to pressurefiring off chemicals and adapting to help you cope. Here are the worst kinds of social stressors, and how smart brains can help you shrug them off.

Stress can be good, but I don't let things get to me.

I don't see why stress is as bothering as it is and that it would ruin people's life.

Overthinking appears to be the main cause of stress. We are our own worst critics and that is probably why some of us stress so much.

In japan they have multiple cases of people dying from stress which leads the sufferer to heart failure. No wonder though they have 6 day school weeks.

Stress is unavoidable sometimes. It is very unfortunate that it leads to more issues, as if its not bad enough! I think it is worth it to take time for yourself, no matter how busy you are. Everyone should find time to relax and do something they enjoy because it could lead to healthier living!

I don't think stress is such a bad thing, because people generally don't like to feel stressed which pushes people not to procrastinate. Well that doesn't always happen but I think that is what stressed is really suppose to cause.images (1).jpgimages (2).jpgimages (3).jpgimages (4).jpg

As a human its natural to have stress cause we have alot of emotions and thoughts that we have every single day. but having too much of one emotion (stress) is obviously not that good.
