I think that she should get it because just because she is delusional sometimes doesn't mean that she couldn't tell masso that she didn't mean to marry him when she was of the right mind.
I think that the death penalty should be for only very severe crimes. The crime she committed was indeed horrible but not worth the death penalty. Men have committed worse crimes in the past and have gotten off with life in prison.
I personally don't think we should have the death penalty anymore. I understand that the people who commit heinous crimes should be punished for them, but I don't think their lives should be taken from them either. If a murder is committed and then we go along and kill the murderer through the death penalty, are we any better than them?
I believe that the death penalty is a just punishment for those who have comitted extreme crimes. This includes murder. I think that a person who is vicious enough to take someone else's or many other lives isn't a positive addition to our society. Overcrowding is becoming a huge problem in county jails so why should taxpayers have to pay for daily food and dental and health care for prisoners who have killed innocent people of our world.
I think she definitely deserved the death penalty in this case. I do believe we should still have and use the death penalty. If a person in their right mind kills someone then why do they deserve to live. If anything I think the death penalty should be used more often instead of life in prison. They are going to die in prison anyway so might as well save the taxpayers some money and speed up the process.
I think that she deserved the death penalty because what she did was horrible. She has to take responsibilities for her actions. We cant let people get away with terrible crimes without any consequences.
I think the death penalty should exist only if they can 100% prove the person committed the crime. Otherwise it could lead to lawsuits if they kill an innocent person. I personally believe that she should have to pay for her crime.
I believe that she pay for her crime as long as the crime is 100% proved. Sometimes I think the death penalty is better for criminals because I don' think they would want to go to prison, but rather just die.
I don't believe that we should have the death penalty anymore even though what this lady did was terrible. She doesn't deserve to be put to death but she should spend the remainder of her life behind bars.
I don't belive that we should have the death penalty anymore. Yes, people do horrible things but i don't think that we should take a life for it. What she did was horrible, however I don't think we shouild take her life. People always commit horrible crimes so in the end we would be killing many lives.
I believe that if anyone takes away the basic right of life away from another individual, then they themselves do not deserve that right. The death penalty is only fair, and although many find it morally wrong, is letting someone who killed another man, ESPECIALLY a mentally impaired man, morally right? I don't think it is.
I dont think the death penalty should be used here, and should only be used on criminals that are too dangerous to live in jail as well as the real world, which is very hard to find.
If she is qualified for being mentally insane, then that's what she should plead. If not, then of course she should still get the death penalty. If not the death penalty, then life in prison.
Lethally injected? I personally hate the sound of that. I believe what this woman did was repulsive and completely wrong but I'm not sure I feel she should be lethally injected. Although there is no doubt this woman deserves to spend life in prison.
It is necessary for her to be put to death because those are the consequences for her actions. If you can take a life you should be able to have yours taken as well, which is morally justified.
I dont necessarily believe the death penalty is correct because it is worse to be in jail for life and more discipline is involved with going to jail than just giving her the death penalty. Giving her the death penalty, in my opinion is not enough suffering for her actions.
I think she deserves the penalty because what she did was horrible and incredibly wrong. I don't think people like that should be allowed to breathe my air. I do think the death penalty should still be allowed becaus e there are people that are like this and they shouldnt be taking up our prison space when they could take punishment for their evil crimes.

I believe she deserves the death sentence she received. Her crime was unbelievably horrible and she is obviously not mentally sane if she was able to commit that crime. Although giving someone the punishment of lethally injecting them is horrible, there is crimes that go past the verdict of life in prison. This is obviously one of them.
