Fergalicious: 'El Chapo' Guzman: How the world's most wanted drug lord was finally busted

the most wanted drug lord was arrested after many attempts

considering all of the control that el chapo had, what do you think will come out of the capture and how ill this effect the Mexican people and other drug cartels?

considering all of the control he had and how he was taking care of some government problems, i believe that there will be trouble in mexico because a lot of Mexican people didn't wish for el chapo to be captured, even though it is a "good" thing they got him. hopefully a lot of the corruption in the Mexican government will go away, but i also think that with Guzman out of the picture that it will be easier for other drug lords to rise up and take control. Guzman has a lot of power over people and a lot of his men are still free.

Individual Response by Timothy Ingle 2/24/14:

I believe the capturing of El Chapo, on the run for 12 years, a big part of the Mexican Cartel's community, will be putting a dent in the cartel and may also be a good step in making the world a better place. It may make it easier for other cartels to do more "business" as well or to keep cartels away from that area because they may be under the impression that their area is under surveillance.
