The Goths: Ukraine and Pro-Russia rebels sign a ceasefire deal.

Ukraine and Pro-Russia rebels met in Minsk, the capital of neighboring country Belarus, to reach an agreement on a ceasefire proposal. The two parties accepted the deal and agreed to begin the ceasefire by 15:00 GMT. During the ceasefire the hostages will be released and diplomatic talks will be held to help ease this tense situation.
Does this ceasefire show a weakening will to fight from the Pro-Russian Rebels? Why or why not?

From what I read, I do not believe the pro-Russian rebels are weakening their will to fight. I believe because of the world's tightening grip on Russia in response to their actions to this development with Ukraine, the rebels are loosing their funding and push from Russia. Without that support, the cease fire was not something they wanted but something they needed. I still believe pro-Russian rebels will want to continue this fight, but only when they have enough support.

After reading this article, I feel that these rebels will not lower their guard and a small amount of hostages may not be released. This may free most of the hostages, but it will create built up combative tension between the two Pro-Russian rebels, and Ukraine. It seems the Pro-Russian rebels feel strongly about their position in fighting and do not seem to be backing down any time in the foreseeable future.

I do not believe that the Pro-Russian rebels are weakening their fight they just don't have the resources anymore.

After reading the article, I think the pro-Russian rebels are clearly still wanting a fight.

The pro Russians are not weak because they were able to go into Ukraine strongly from the start. The ceasefire may be because of the many Ukrainian people who were imprisoned or killed.

It's hard to tell. The events sound very similar to Hitlers actions before WWII regarding the Sudetenland and Czechoslovakia. Although instead we have Putin, Crimea, and Ukraine. I don't trust Putin or the rebels.
