Truly a tragic story. Im really glad he is finally getting some much needed medical help. (not a story)

i think he needs to be put down, the guy looks like he lives in agony, euthanasia is a necessary alternative in this case

Let's first help him and try to find a cure.
It's not our decision to put him down because we think he is in misery.
