Denmark's Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen has hopes that his country will join the 15-nation Eurogroup. The current Danish currency has little political power and is causing high interest rates, but the popular vote of the country has rejected the switch.
Is it right for the government officials to tell these peole what's best for them or should the Dane's have the right to decide what type of currency they want to use?
Let our danish friends be responsible for their own decisions. Their future is in their hands so they should be objectively looking at the pros and cons of such a switch, and making an informed decision on their findings.
i do believe that the Dane's should switch currency, because it would helpful to this 15- nation eurogroup. however it should ultimately their decision.
although it would be a wise decision to make the switch it is their decision to do it. if they cant see that the switch would benefit them well they will eventually be forced to see the obvious by an "invisible hand" in the words of adam smith

if it helps the nation, then they should just do it.. why does it ultimately matter anyways? money is money and as long as they just make the conversions, then it shouldnt matter anyways.
