Earlier today, Police evacuated a major department store in Paris after finding five sticks of dynamite inside. However, the sticks of dynamite were not armed.
Before this event, the French News Agency, AFP, received a letter from an Afghan Revolutionary group. It stated that explosives were placed on a few department stores across Paris. It also warned that to the President of France to withdraw French troops from Afganistan or else they will attack more department stores.
What should the French government do? Should they withdrawel, or are these Afgan's bluffing? Is it possible that the note is a fake, being that the dynamite was not even set to detonate?

I don't want to say this doesn't seem serious, given the fact that there was actual dynamite in a place with a lot of people, but if it was real it seems like a haphazard attempt. This shouldn't influence France's foreign policy.
they should not withdraw the troops from Afghanistan, but they should definitely this threat seriously no matter how fake it sounds. when people's lives might be at stake nobody's government should just brush it off without a full and complete investigation proving it false.
i think the french government needs to take the threat seriously until i can be proven otherwise, im not say withdrawl your troops but definietly look into the situation.
