Lost or stolen?

A Caribbean airplane was lost when it suddenly "dropped off the radar".  Aviation officials cannot agree on whether they think it was lost or hijacked. People are also stating it could have been seized on the ground in the Domincan Republic.

How could planes be tracked better so confusion such as this situation can be avoided?

the plane probably crashed or something.

i have no idea how to better track airplanes. radar doesn't really seem to have that many problems except in rare circumstances like this one, so i don't see why we would need a new system.

if it crashed they would've known already. Even if it crashed into the sea, they couldn't just silently dive into the water, you know what I mean? I think it was hijacked. There isn't much one can tell with that much info

maybe it was LOST rather than lost...anyone still watching that show (I realize that if you share my opinion that it really took a turn for the worse last season, you may have given up somewhere in the middle)?!  Perhaps this is Oceanic Flight 815 :)

I gave up on LOST after just a couple of episodes. There is so much radom stuff going on that I don't think the writers even know where they're going with it.

to track airplanes better you should make them a bright red color that way we can see them better!.....(totally jk) how the heck am i suppose to know how to track airplanes better, maybe they need to update the systems or something. But im sure the airplane just crashed.

when a plane crashes, pretty much everything is destroyed. Any tracking device probably would survive. But maybe, I don't know, I'm not a doctor....

I'm a realist. No point in sugar coating things.
