Psychedelic- A Rise in Anti-Semitism

In Europe, government officials and Jewish leaders are concerned that a rise in violent anti-Semitic attacks may be a response to the conflict in Gaza. In France, assailants rammed a burning car into a synagogue, in Denmark, two young Israeli men were shot and injured, and Belgium ordered police to be on an increased state of alert, all in response to the crisis. Officials have condemned these attacks and synagogues in France are boosting there security.

What should be done to prevent more of these attacks?
What is a fair punishment for the people instigating these attacks?
Should the U.S. be taking steps to prevent these sort of incidents here? If so, what kinds?

I think really the only way to prevent these attacks is to really crack down on those who committed them. But other than that, it's extremely difficult to cure that sort of ignorant hatred...

Yeah I agree with Davila. But really, Anti-semiticism and any sort of chauvinistic prejudice is horrible.

I dont believe there is anything that can really be done to prevent these attacks from happening, because they are caused by a conscience hatred that you cannot see form the outside. therefore people must be vigilant and on the look out and that is the best way to even try to prevent these happenings. The people who are caught trying to commit the crimes should be punished based upon the severity of the actions, and unfortunatly the US cannot afford to step in and try to help at the time being.

i totally agree with kody.
you cant help prevent the attacks, but maybe law enforcement can be harsher on punishment for hate crimes againist the Jewish people. then maybe people will stop it.

There's something rotten in Denmark.

Prejudice is terrible. Whether its for a nationality, birthplace, orientation, whatever. Hate crime are unfortunate and the punishment for them should be incredibly high.
