What's the Next Big Thing?

some tech stuff coming soon...

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7819738.stm

the 3D TV is an interesting idea.  Would you be willing to wear the glasses for the coolness of 3D from your sofa or is it a little too goofy/inconvenient?

some of this stuff is ridiclous
i would never wear the glasses just for he 3d experience

blu ray in itself is a beautiful thing and im happy with it

however
i do like the hush idea
my tv does get a little loud sometimes and that would be a unique feature

seriously technology is getting a little crazy
i just got the black berry storm for christmas
and there stuff on the applications list that i can purchase thats absolutely ridiculous

like a pocket spanish dictionary that LISTENS to the words and translates it
RIDICULOUS
but all that stuff is pretty expensive
lol

im just happy that i have a new phone that isnt a brick when its not recieving calls

there's a light saber app on the iphone where it makes the vrmshgoom (that was not very effective onamatapoeia, but you know what I'm talking about) sound when you move the phone around.

speaking of in the realm of the ridiculous.

not nearly so fabulous as the app during the election season that had every poll in every state, updated constantly.

favorite apps/widgets, anyone?

to quote the ever so wonderful movie, the science of sleep,

Stephane: You can see real life in 3-D
Stéphanie: Isn't life already in 3-D?
Stephane: Yeah but, come on.
