A British man helped deliver his baby son by following clips on YouTube, after his wife went into labour early, he said Friday.
-He typed "how to deliver a baby" into the Google search engine." I didn't even have time to panic. She started complaining of pain around 10.30 pm. I went on Google and watched a couple of clips on YouTube," he said, adding that his wife had given birth quickly with their three older children.
-"At 2.30 am she woke me up, but when I rang the midwife to come out she said they were busy at the hospital. The next thing I know she is coming through the bedroom doorway on all-fours.
So honestly is youtube awesome or what? Is it at least a good thing this man used youtube to understand how to deliver a baby.? A limey is a Brit incase you're wondering or never figured it out from the text.

thats cool that he was able to help his wife by watching the video, very helpful, and yea i learned about the Limey thing when i was in England, i was so confused.

This is reminiscent of a story someone reported last semester of shoulder amputation instructions sent to a surgeon in the Congo via text message (surgery was successful!):
Lego, Cav (the Lego brand name was derived from the Danish expression "leg godt" - play well - and lego also translates in Latin as "I study" or "I put together"...really, one of the world's most perfect words!)

ya i have to say youtube is pretty great. after i dislocated my shoulder i looked up how to reset my shoulder on youtube and sure enough there was a video that showed me how and then a couple months later my shoulder poped out again and this time i didnt have to go to the emergency room.
That's so cool! You tube has proved it self even more useful. It's a really good site to look to learn cool dance moves, how to click your heels, and how to deliver a baby apparently.

youtube is great for entertainment, to make you famous, helps for hw, & is a BIG helper when your extremely bored. google is the greatest search engine. helps alot when its comes to hw. :]
In this fathers case, Youtube helped him deliver his newborn child while his wife was going into labor! WOW!!! I cant beleive my ears. Giving step to step instructions for men is a good idea because i beleive that men need a little more guidence in these sort of situations. I'm glad that youtube was of good help to this individual not only for his sake but for the wifes.
