The soldier Green raped and killed a 14 year old Iraqi girl and then killed her family in cold blood. Now he is on trial in a civilian court and the prosecutiion wants the death penalty.





What do you think about this story?
Should he get the death sentence?

and the second story, about Ayala, what about him, was that justified?

death sentence for sure. this is embarrassing. American soilders are supposed to be like role models, this is so sad. BUt he deserves the death sentence.

i agree that this is embarrassing, our soldiers should hold themselves to a higher standard then everyone else but since the army will take just about anyone who walks into thier recuriting offices this kind of thing can happen

I don't believe the death penalty is necessary. Maybe life sentence with the possibility of parole in 30-40 years.

war causes people to go crazy and do crazy things idk if he was in the right state of mind but he should still get punished for sure

I agree with Jason, I think he should serve the remainder of his life in prison in hopes that he will be rehabilitated instead of receiving the death penalty.

even our own people are doing this, ugh.


i don't believe in the death penalty, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be put in jail for life without parol.
