Boston Bomb Suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Getting Financial Donations

Alleged Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has told his mother that people are sending him money and that someone opened an account for him, according to a new recording of their first phone call from prison.

When his mother asked if he is in pain, Tsarnaev replied in Russian: "No, of course not. I'm already eating and have been for a long time," according to a translation by Channel 4 in the UK, which first aired the audio. The call took place last week.

"They are giving me chicken and rice now, everything is fine," he said.

Dzhokhar also told his mother that he has received at least a "thousand" dollars in a bank account that someone opened for him since his arrest. The mother says the family has also received $8,000 from individuals pledging their support, according to Channel 4.

This doesn't surprise me nor scare me, it just means there are two sides to this battle...even if others don't think there should...evil will always have allies and now that this has gotten some air time more supporters will donate to his "cause"...this just makes it all the more interesting to me

Little red flag going up... Not good. Something has to be done about this. I really hope another terrorist group does not arise from this.

 So true. What we may think is awful, is another group's triumph. Unfortunately, some people are proud of the Tsarnaev brothers, no matter how terrible we may think this tragedy was.

Yeah, what we see as terrorists, others see as freedom fighters. i think it is terrible that people would support this guy, but if they see him as a heroic figure I don't see why they wouldn't.
