we can't expect that everything that happens to us on september 11th is some how connected to 9/11 and no one knows who did it yet so it could have been just some crazy radicalist or something

But they aren't making jokes about 9/11. It was just a coincidence that it happened 12 years after. At least that is all we know for now. However, had the bomber been mocking it, they would have left some kind of message.

Bombs go off all the time in that part of the world. I highly doubt that there was any complicated planning by the attackers about doing it on the anniversery of 9/11

Benghazi is located in a terrible war torn country and with what happened at the Benghazi Embassy in 2012 it's hard to say this isn't linked.
