This judge should be impeached immediately. As a judge, it is his duty to maintain order. In losing his temper like this, he is literally doing the opposite of his job description! How can anyone trust him to keep a level head when dealing with any sort of stressful situation?

I would not ever want a judge who can't keep his anger in check when people call him out. I think he should be removed from the court system.

i agree with zoe, if a judge is overun by his own emotions and rage, he isnt fit to work in that kind of job.

This judge should be removed from the system immediately. Judges serve to be mediators of situations, not instigators of violence. How does punching another justice help do anything?

I think the judge had no right to do this, as a justice you are there to aid the control of order.

i think the judge should be punished. he does have the responsibility of maintaining order in the court room and representing the judicial system in mexico

It couldn't have been just the courtroom decisions that drove him to do it. He pobably had other problems in his life that got him angry and made him snap. I'd say to just suspend him.

The judge should be kicked off the court system and put into a anger management class.

As an adult judge, he really needs to keep his emotions under control because he's at his job; and, he's there to help people solve their legal issues, not create issues for himself. As for the question: yes, he should be kicked out of the court system, because how else will he learn the lesson of keeping his emotions under control?

bottom line... youre a judge. You dont punch another judge.. pretty sure hes fired now

I think that he should be suspended. His job is to keep order and he did not do that by punching someone. I think that for now he should just be suspended but if he shows any behavior like this again than he should be fired.
