UFOs are not what people think they are. UFOs are Unidentified Flying Objects, so it can be a report of anything in the sky that looks different than a blimp or a plane. They are not always related to aliens. I believe in UFOs, but I don't believe in the aliens that abduct people and probe them. I do believe that there is some other life-form in the universe besides us.
No they shouldn't revive the program. We waste enough tax dollars already. The last thing we need is to devote money to chasing little green men in flying saucers.
I agree with Connor it's kind of a waste of money but since it's Peru and not the U.S. i don't see it as quite a big deal...and hey they might be able to discover something cool, so why not? go big or go home.
I really don't think this program is absolutely essential. The articles says that Peru's neighboring countries already have programs to cover this sort of thing. Unless they are trying to be competitive, it seems they are covered over there.
UFOs could be real too, I mean, the universe is constantly expanding. I highly doubt that our planet is going to be the only area with any kind of organic life.
i agree with tristin. the universe is unbelievably huge. its hard to imagine that there is no other life than us on earth. as for "UFO's" visiting earth, its kinda a waste of money.
