Best and Worst TV of the Year

It's the time of year when best/worst lists are everywhere.  Here's one for TV (it's a ratings list, meaning it's what the masses are watching, not necessarily that it's a good show).  Do you agree? Disagree? Watch any of these shows?

I think any list of good TV that doesn't include Parks and Recreation is immediately suspect myself :).

I wasn't aware that "The Blacklist" or "Scandal" were such popular shows. I feel like the list isn't correct because I don't even know anyone that watches those two shows, and if they have such good ratings and are so popular then I feel like I should know one person that watches them. Any list that doesn't involve American Horror Story, I don't quite understand. :)
