I think they would taste a lot better, since a lot of the more natural things from manufacturers are. Take Coca-Cola for example, the natural real sugar Cokes are much better than the other sodas.

I think it would be good to use artificial dyes as long as the price wouldn't go up and the taste would be the same.

It would be a good change for America! But if the price were to increase, I honestly don't know if I would be willing to buy them. Only if it's a large amount increased.

If the price per bag of M&Ms increased like 50 cents and the taste difference was noticeable, I would definitely pay more for them.

i think that we M&M's should be made with natural coloring, i mean why not? if it is a simple fix and it makes more people feel happier, its worth giving it a chance.

If it tastes the same, I think it will be an excellant alternative than the dyes we currently use.

I think the only reason Mars Inc. hasn't switched is because it is probably cheaper to produce the M&Ms with the dyes instead of real ingredients. However, I am sure with the amount of money they make they can afford to produce the candy with the healthier alternative. I think this change would be good for the company.

Even if the change in dyes makes it "healthier," M&Ms still aren't a nutrious snack... So it probably wouldn't make a huge difference in the nutritional value of M&Ms.

This is super true! Its kinda funny that the mom is fighting for them to change their formula when really M&Ms are still going to be unhealthy.

even if the M&M arent really healthy, its a start by changing the dyes to make it a "little" healthier.

the fact they want a change to try and promote good health is still good even though M&M's wont be any more nutritional

I agree with Zoe that it is likely that the corporation uses artificial dyes because they're cheaper than natural dyes. I think it's fine if the M&M's are artificially dyed because they don't seem to pose a major health risk and M&Ms are really not a healthy food at all.
