Justin Bieber arrested on drunken driving, resisting arrest charges

Justin Bieber was charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license after police saw the pop star street racing early Thursday morning, Miami Beach police said.

"What the f*** did I do? Why did you stop me?" Bieber asked the police officer who pulled him over just after 4 a.m., according to the arrest report.

Bieber, 19, made a brief appearance through a video link before a Miami judge, who set a "standard" $2,500 bond for his release Thursday afternoon.

What do you think? Is bieber-boy innocent?

This is ridiculous...He is obviously careless and doesn't think its at all a big deal I mean in his mugshot he's SMILING...why people still "fan-girl" over him is beyond me. This kid needs to figure himself out...pronto...

he is so not innocent, he was under the influence of multiple drugs and he resisted arrest

Honestly, I am really not surprised he was arrested. Lately all the headlines in the news about him are of him being reckless or making stupid decisions...It seems fame has really gotten to his head.

i think people forget that celebrities are still human, yes what he did was wrong and yes his punishment was justified but i think that being a celebrity is a lot of pressure and everyone has a breaking point

He just wants attention on him all the time, and he knows that, for example, his popularity is going down, so he will do anything to get the attention and popularity back on him.

I can't believe this is the top story on almost every news channel! MSNBC interupted an interview about the NSA and our secutiry to report the "breaking news" that Beiber was on trial.

Anyways, I can't believe this kid still had any fans. He is childish and doesn't take responsibility for anything he does. I can't wait until he fades away!

I agree with Sheila. I'm not surprised he was arrested either. It seems like he just thinks he can do whatever he wants without any consequences.
