McNuggets have gotten a bad rap in recent years, in large part due to a viral photo of "pink goop" or "pink slime" purported to be the main ingredient in the McDonald's product.
The folks at McDonald's Canada created a video intended to refute the claims. The video begins with McDonald's Canada Supply Chain Manager Nicoletta Stefou saying her employer gets the question a lot.

I knew there was something funky about their nuggets! Although i would still eat them, because this probably happens to a lot of the fast food out there. At least McDonalds is being honest.

Although it seems like their ways of making food is disturbing, this is how lots of foods are made so I would still eat them.

I appreciate their honesty however I do not go to McDonalds nor will I ever due to this reason. I dont believe in putting toxic things like this into my body.

I think everyone knows McDonald's is disgusting, yet most people still eat so I don't think any study or video is going to change that. I personally love chicken nuggets, so it is what it is.
