Mafia groups in parts of Africa are leading a Muslim "exodus" killing any person they believe to be Muslim or have connections to them. This does not effect only them though, citizens barely anything to survive since all of the prices skyrocketed when the Muslim merchants died or fled the country. As we learned in religions everyone has their own world view but these' people world view is not right.

What do you think about all this commotion and how can this problem be resolved? Should the U.S get involved in any way?
I think the African government should get involved. I do not think it is America's job to get involved, but if it gets too out of control i think the U.S. will try and help stop the commotion
I think that all this commotion is unecessary violence because the mafia groups are just picking people that they think are Muslim or affiliated with them and killing them for no reason. It is just killing of innocent people. I think that the U.S should wait for a while and see how things play out, and if things get worse, then maybe the U.S could intervene a little to help.

I do not think it is our job to get involved, because we would be calling the kettle black. For Africans to want to get other religions out of their country, it is understandable because we have shown plenty of nativism in our country within the past 100 years, especially before and after WWI. I obviously don't agree with their actions, but not every country is free and equal like the United States, so it is not our job to go out and try to level every country that we think needs fixing. It may be solved by those involved in the middle east and Africa, but i think we have proven to be too involved, especially considering the current war in the Middle East.
All this commotion is absolutely appalling. I think the Mafia groups are just ridiculously stupid and in order to stop the violence and hate crimes, I think the governments from the countries that the Mafia groups are in need to step in. I'm not sure if the US should get involved because it isn't necessarily our problem and the African countries need to take charge and step in themselves. However, I do think that if the situation becomes harder for the countries' governments to handle, then the US should step in. America shouldn't always have to step in but if the situation becomes more threatening, then the US has to try to keep the peace.
I think the African government should get involved and solve their own problems. Unless this becomes too out of control or could affect the U.S. our government shouldn't have to get involved.
This Genocide will only be solved if someone steps in to help. I agree with Garrett that the African government should try to put down this violence. I'm neutral when it comes to sending U.S. troops because i can see reasons for and against it. For example sending our forces could resolve the problem and improve the lives of Muslims in Africa. However, this could lead to deaths of our people who have no involvement in the issue
I don't understand why people would do this. Everybody is different and just because the mafia doesn't like the Muslims, it doesn't mean they should dispose of them.. Especially if they are helping the economy there. It seems to me that they are killing Muslims and making life harder to live over there. If the issue can't be fixed, then maybe someone should step in and help them all get along. We are all living in one world and we should all be working together.
Africa should really show some concern for its people and find a way to resolve the problem themselves. Besides, America has too many problems to deal with inside the country, and America has no right to butt in unless Africa asks America for help.
