What's Cooking? You? AKA, Do You Want to Have a Halloween Occasion of Food?

Are you guys interested in having an "Occasion of Food" on Friday?  We typically have one cookoff per semester in this course - in celebration of all of the ways that food is relevant to world goings-on, and also just because eating is awesome :) - and I am happy to have it be this Friday if you guys are so inclined.  However, if you're already going to be sugared up from your other classes and aren't interested, no pressure!

Typically the way we've done it is that everyone just brings in something they like to make or buy - a sharing serving (as in, you don't have to make enough for everyone, though with only 20 people in here, one batch of whatever is probably enough to go around anyway).  Some years we've made it a competitive activity and some years we haven't.  Sometimes people choose to pair up and sometimes they don't.  Whatever you guys are inclined to do, or not :).

Anyway, vote according to your level of interest!

Cook off - bring it. Name your poison, whatever I make will probably taste like poison. It's the adventure that counts. :)
