How Japan Borrows $9 Trillion Practically for Free - Miso Soup

The Japanese government borrowed about 1 quadrillion yen ($8.4 trillion) from large Japanese businesses, such as the post office, the pension system, and the central bank. These 3 companies hold the highest debt, stretching from 167 trillion yen to 62 trillion yen.

Do you think this is a good strategy for Japan, borrowing at a cheap cost for government spending, but raising your debt to extremely high levels?

the government needs to stop interfering with people and businesses and learn to deal with their own problems without taking EVEN MORE MONEY FROM CITIZENS.

I do not think it is fair for the government to "borrow" this money just because these large companies are successful

No I do not think it is smart at all for them to borrow money because they can do it at a cheap cost. This is not wise because it will catch up to you and the debt will be even larger.

No I do not think this is a good strategy for Japan because this is just going to end up hurting its people and its economy with the huge national debt.

I don't think it's a smart idea for the government to build up a debt and such a huge one like they have done.
