Question:

What do you think the punishment should be if the accusations against Mr. Marjaliza are accurate? Do you think he is innocent or guilty?

It is nearly impossible for this to happen legitimately, I think that the accusations against him are accurate, and he is guilty unless he provides sufficient proof that he won fairly.

i agree that if the accusations are true, he should be punished. but the severity is up to the government in the location of the incident

It is practically impossible to win the lottery 8 times. I think the accusations against Mr.Marjaliza are accurate and that he most likely has fraudulent means with his "winnings."

I truly believe that it is impossible to win the lottery 8 times. Some people have played for months straight and have not even won once , so for someone to win 8 times is unlikely

I agree his punishment is just for his actions since he took away from those who played fairly.

I think his punishment should be jail time, and to take away all the winnings. Also they should restrict him from playing the lottery again. He is definitely guilty.

The chances of winning the lottery even once is close to zero. However, to win it 8 times in just over a year is absurd. If he is a known corrupt individual, he should be punished accordingly to the nations laws.
